Privacy Policy

AgentForms is operated by Allowance Inc. We process creator account emails, form content, response drafts, submitted responses, and uploaded files to provide the service.

Private drafts

Creators cannot see unsubmitted response drafts. Unsubmitted drafts and their uploads expire after seven inactive days. Submitted responses remain available to the form owner until deleted.

Agents and links

Private agent tokens and review links grant limited access to the form or draft named by the link. Anyone who receives a private link may be able to view or edit that draft, so keep it private.

Operational data

We keep privacy-safe security and operational logs. We do not place form answers, uploads, emails, filenames, private URLs, or access tokens into analytics logs.

Your choices

Creators can delete individual responses, forms, sessions, or their account. Respondents may clear unsubmitted drafts before expiry. Contact hello@useallowance.com.
